I bought four of these for a five year old and loved them so much I bought four more for her three year old sister and cousin, for a total of eight of these cups. I love them. It’s a “big kid” cup suitable for younger kids. It seals snugly between the lid/cup and at the mouth when it’s not in use. It absolutely won’t leak. The worst hazard I’ve found is if it drops on the floor and rolls under the seat I have to remember to take it out of the car! :) The lid seals snugly (there is a rubber gasket that fits around the top of the cup that prevents leaking.) It’s been dropped, tossed and abused any way a three year old can imagine. The only caution I would have is to take the seal off the cup if you’re washing them in the dishwasher. Someone told me when I bought the first set that they tend to get less flexible if they’re washed in the dishwasher. They’ve been in the dishwasher a few times when my husband’s loaded it, but I take them off just to be safe. You want to be sure that the seal is on properly and isn’t twisted (or upside down if that’s possible) when you put it back on.

Finally a big kid cup that really does not leak, I love it. My 5 year old usually has breakfast on the bus on the way to school since we leave home so early, finding a cup to hold his tea was a hassle but this cup is great, it’s cute, not a sippy cup, no straws, he loves I and so do I.

Do not buy this mug. I put soda in mine. No, I don’t usually give my child soda, but her school had a special beverage day where they could bring soda. She said, when she pushed the button the lid shot off. I thought she had just dropped it and was saying that to explain why hers had a big crack in it. Until, one day when I filled mine with soda and pushed the button while driving. The lid shot off and smashed into my teeth (loosening my front two teeth). The bottom exploded and soda pop went all over. I also swerved off the road with my son in the back. This mug could have literally killed us. I would give it a minus “star,” but the review requires I give it at least one star.

I bought these cups for my children to take in their lunch boxes. Seemed like a great way to save $ and go green, but found the lids to be difficult to put on properly and they leak. Have had to put the cup inside a big zipper seal bag each day for lunch and the bag always comes home filled with juice/milk. Perhaps they will work better as cups to carry in the car or in a more controlled environment as opposed to the school lunch box/bag. Although even when they are sitting at the table drinking they sometimes leak.

I bought this cup for my almost four year old. He loves it! It makes him feel big since it is different from the traditional sippy cup. It truly doesn’t leak. A must have!

I got this mug since it fits perfectly in the cup holder and came in my favorite color. I really like the look of this mug, but when I take sips of my coffee on my morning commute my nose hits the plastic part that is used to keep liquid from spilling it. I have tried moving it different ways, but still bump my nose.

I was looking for a simple travel mug to get my tea from home to work in the car. I like this one because it can be microwaved (though it is too tall for my microwave at home) and it is dishwasher safe…hurray!
It insulates well enough and keeps my hands warm on cold commutes. In short: an inexpensive, well-made travel cup.

I searched many a review to find the perfect travel cup to use for my wake up tea as I’m commuting to work. I read the ceramic cup reviews and the gigantic coffee mugs and ultimately settled on buying a pair of these wonderful Aladdin travel cups. The lids make a positive lock and it’s not made of that cheap plastic that changes the taste of your tea and coffee like some mugs do. It’s narrow design affords me the ability to easily transport it in my beverage holder. The holder should be deep enough to keep it from bouncing out. If your cup holder is only 1 1/2 inches high and you put this tall boy in, then first bounce it’s out of there! It insulates very well and seems to be an insulated air pocket around the perimeter. It does not dent, for the plastic is very thick. Surprisingly the cup is not overly heavy though. I read a lot of reviews on other cups discussing spill proof as a concern so I will address that on this cup. It has a flap on top that swivels to prevent splashing. It is not spill proof nor do they advertise that it is. Spill proof to me while driving is not necessary. I’m not a toddler. I just need to keep the liquid from splashing when I’m hitting the numerous New Jersey potholes on my one hour commute to work everyday. Hope this helps you decide. Mark

This product gets ‘bar none’ status! The best in it’s class plus you can microwave it!

  10. O'Farrell says

There’s minimal leakage on the top when the lid is closed, but other than that it’s a great mug! It keeps hot liquids warm, but not scorching hot like other mugs I’ve used.

  11. Beerman says

No frills, inexpensive and does the job. Not much to report one way or the other.

  12. Reynolds says

for under $15 i can’t ask for more. at the store the same case is more than $20. the only thing i’m not crazy about is that the zipper could scratch the disk if you are putting it in one of the top pockets, so just be careful. other than that, all is well.

  13. Vandiver says

The outside of the case feels fairly durable. The CD pages are do not feel as durable as another CD case I have but maybe its just that the pages are made of a softer plastic. Its a good case though, it does a good job of holding CDs.
